Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to join our German-speaking Acquisition team within our iGaming call center operations in Madrid. This role focuses on converting high-intent leads into first-time depositors through engaging communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and engage with high-intent leads to convert them into first-time depositors.
Follow approved acquisition scripts, call flows, and objection-handling techniques designed for German-speaking markets.
Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and conversion targets.
Accurately record and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system.
